What's the first thing we should expect if we contact you?

The very first thing would normally be an informal telephone discussion to understand what you are trying to achieve, why, when, and determine ways in which we may be able to help. If we don't feel we can, we'll tell you. If there is mutual interest we would look to schedule an initial meeting with you.

The first meeting is normally of a discovery nature, undertaken in confidentiality. It enables us to understand sufficient of your business objectives and challenges, and present our capabilities to you. This is crucial to set expectations and remove any fears or uncertainty as to what we are doing there. If we both like what we hear and wish to proceed we would then agree the best way to preserve mutual business confidentiallity.

Are we committed to a long term engagement?

Not if you don't want to be. Our services have been designed in discrete packages on the principle of "one bite at a time." This enables our time with you to be measured and assessed for effectiveness, and you will know precisely why your sales and profits are improving. We only want to add value to your business where it will have an impact.

How much does it cost?

Iinitial assignments are normally undertaken on a fixed fee basis. Subsequent assignments may be charged on a daily rate. We apply a sliding scale charge to our assignments - the longer we are engaged on an assignment, the lower the daily rate becomes.
